David Biko, M.H.A., is a Ph.D. student in health services research at the Boston University School of Public Health, and research analyst for the Partnered Evidence-Based Policy Resource Center (PEPReC) at the VA Boston Healthcare System. Previously he was a consultant at Berkeley Research Group working on health care policy projects surrounding markets, payments, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, he worked on patient outcomes analysis at the Dell Medical School, University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include the utilization of implementation science and behavioral economics on value-based payment reform, and healthcare access. Biko earned an M.H.A. from Columbia University.
