Christine Brynaert

Christine Brynaert, M.S.T., is a C.P.A. and partner at Deloitte Tax LLP in its Global Investment & Innovation Incentive Services (Gi3) practice. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in public accounting, including state and federal tax areas such as credits and incentives, audit defense, controversy, and tax return preparation. Brynaert is a lead in Deloitte Tax’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practice and primarily advises clients in tax credit structuring and syndication for ESG-focused areas such as the new markets tax credit program, renewable energy tax credits, green manufacturing tax credits, green fleet tax credits, qualified opportunity zones, disaster relief retention credits, and COVID-19 employee retention credits. She also leads Deloitte Tax’s Path to Net Zero offerings at both the U.S. and global levels. Brynaert earned an M.S.T. (Master of Science in Taxation) from Grand Valley State University.
