Catherine Eikel Major

Catherine Eikel Major, M.B.A., is a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting Booz Allen’s work in health care quality and performance measurement, health reform, and patient safety. In particular, she focuses on payment and care delivery reform initiatives and aligning incentives to improve the quality and value of care. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Ms. Major was the director of programs at The Leapfrog Group, where she led the development and implementation of hospital value-based purchasing initiatives and promoted transparency of health care information. She holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
