Ann Hwang

Ann Hwang, M.D., is a senior consultant with Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC. Previously, she was the founding director of the Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation. Earlier roles include serving as director of health care policy and strategy for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Health and Human Services. She is a visiting fellow in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School and a primary care physician. Hwang received her M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
