Anjana Sharma, M.D., is an assistant professor at the Center for Vulnerable Populations and a family physician researcher practicing at the Family Health Center at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Her research focus is the study of patient engagement in programs to improve quality and safety of primary care in underserved settings. She received her M.D. from Harvard Medical School. She is a graduate of the Primary Care Research Fellowship and Master’s in Clinical Research program at UCSF.
