Andrea Noda

Andrea Noda, M.P.P., vice president of drug policy at Arnold Ventures, develops and oversees strategic investments in drug pricing reform. Before joining Arnold Ventures, she worked at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) for more than a decade, providing quantitative analysis and technical assistance to Congress on federal health care legislation. Previously, Noda worked at Avalere Health, where she provided analytic, strategic, and managerial support on projects for health care industry clients related to Medicare and Medicaid. She also worked at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute, where she worked on a variety of research projects related to the Medicare prescription drug benefit. Noda earned an M.P.P. from Georgetown University.
