Amber Willink, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of Sydney at the Sydney School of Public Health, Menzies Centre for Health Policy. Her research focuses on policies to better support high-need, high-cost individuals through service delivery changes and insurance benefit design. Dr. Willink is an adjunct associate professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Willink received her doctoral degree in health services research and policy from Johns Hopkins University.
