Adrianna Nava is a research scientist at the National Committee for Quality Assurance, where she serves as the scientific lead for the development of measures addressing social determinants of health. She is also the president of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, where she is an advocate for addressing health disparities through the advancement of nurses in leadership, research, and policy. She is an adjunct instructor at Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and Capstone Faculty for the Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School. Previously, she served as the chief of quality at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. Adrianna has an M.P.A. from Harvard University, a Ph.D. in nursing and health policy from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and an M.S.N. in health leadership and policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
