Adaeze Enekwechi

Adaeze Enekwechi, Ph.D., M.P.P., is a health care executive and leading voice in health policy on issues including payment, equity, and evidence-based policymaking. She most recently served as the president of IMPAQ, a policy research and implementation company focused on health, workforce, and advanced analytics. She served as the head of health programs at the White House Office of Management and Budget under President Obama, where she provided policy, management, and regulatory oversight. She has also served in executive leadership positions at consulting firms where she led the evaluation of Medicare payment policies, helped private equity companies review health care marketplaces and companies, and led the use of advanced analytics to support health care policy implementation. She is a research associate professor of health policy and management at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University. She has an M.P.P. from American University and a Ph.D. in health services and policy from the University of Iowa.
