This project will enable researchers at Boston University to synthesize existing research and population-based data on trends of maternal mortality and morbidity in the United States. The goal will be to translate materials for policymakers, providers, and health system leaders and highlight the problems faced and alternatives available to address them. It will include both a review of published peer-reviewed studies as well as publicly available reports and data.
