Throughout a 10-week period each summer, eight selected Margaret E. Mahoney Fellows conduct quantitative or qualitative research projects on their related issue of choice under the guidance of a mentor. Fellows have the opportunity to attend seminars on the policymaking process and leadership and career development. The fellowship project culminates in final presentations of the Fellows’ research to New York Academy of Medicine staff, mentors, and guests.
