The Georgetown team will continue to conduct research on how states are implementing the ACA’s private insurance reforms, focusing its attention on the likely effects of federal, legal, and regulatory changes on coverage and on states’ responses to the new rules. Given the current emphasis on state flexibility, the team is well positioned to provide rapid estimates of impact in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The team also will support the Fund’s efforts to share knowledge of developing trends and best practices among key decision‐makers.
