In the project’s first phase, the team will develop resources to support the adoption of the "Global to Local" (G2L) approach. It will convene a panel of experts to help develop an implementation guide and create a self-assessment tool that can be used to measure progress in implementing the model. In a future second phase, the team will explore the feasibility of replicating the G2L model by identifying three to five U.S. communities that are committed to adopting or adapting it. The team will then conduct site visits and select the participating communities.
