This grant will support up to five Harkness Fellows in Minority Health Policy for the 2020–21 academic year. In addition to coursework, the Harvard team will offer real-world training and exposure, strengthen mentoring activities, and expand guidance for fellows interested in making career transitions. It also will strengthen the alumni network by providing logistical support for alumni activities, administering the listserv and database, and showcasing alumni through a new “spotlight” series. Finally, Harvard will develop a robust evaluation framework to measure progress and long-term outcomes.
