Under the revised Five-Year Program Plan Budget approved by the Executive and Finance Committee, the Fund will develop a Web site to enable health care organizations to compare their performance with established benchmarks and to aid them in improving that performance. This effort will be strengthened with the development and dissemination of case studies of high performance and innovation. Toward that end, project staff will produce 84 case studies of high-performing, innovative providers, including hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes, delivery systems, public-private collaboratives, and state or local innovations.
